Okay, the video you were waiting for is up. I know it’s early. More sadness from the old stomping grounds. I’m going on internet hiatus for several days, so I wanted to get this out there.

The Second Strange Noise

For a week or more Tyler kept hearing this strange noise in the garage. It’s kind of like a howling, kind of like a whistling, kind of like a flapping. I hope you can hear it on this video.

Crazy Dirty

Internet, the garage was just SO DIRTY and full of sawdust (this photo is actually of the sawdust that was captured in the bin beneath the saw) that I thought this little video deserved it’s own post. It was so dirty, Tyler had to clean the shop vac filter with the air compressor. The lighting isn’t great in this video, but there was about fifteen minutes of this: this is the end of the cleaning.

 

Ye Old Front Door

It has been confirmed. The door that now enters the garage (and was used for a closet that sat inside the garage) is officially determined to be the original front door of the house. Which, truly, makes the most sense as it would have faced the road.

As it is no longer facing the road, and is a big hole in the house, it became important to properly seal ye old front door. And that is what was done on a very chilly day.

Keeping the Heat In

There have been some sad moments in my life recently. Because of these sad moments (and also the funny ones) I haven’t been posting. Sometimes, the other things are just more important. You never know how many breaths you may have on this earth, so it’s important to cherish those you have.
