A Big, Beautiful Bay Window

Apparently, I’m in trouble with my husband for falling behind on blog posting. Perhaps I should have recommended that he continue with posting when I am not able….but I prefer not to get too deep into martial concerns on the internets.

The bay window is BEAUTIFUL!

Another wonderful Renew purchase, we installed it when my parents were in town a few weeks ago (after the trip to the ER). However, the window also required that a roof be built on top. The first roof, was built incorrectly. Feel free to contact Tyler to find out what he did wrong. (I believe it had something to do with lining up the curves of the window with the roof curves). So after a second roof was built, there also needed to be insulation, tar paper, shingles. And even making tiny facia for the roof.

So, in an effort to supply a blog post and get me out of the dog house, here are photos from the bay window installation. Which, are REALLY blurry for some reason. (I think it has to do with how late in the day the photos were taken).
